Renée LaReau is the award-winning author of more than 100 feature articles and columns that have been published in Cooking Light, Southwest Airlines Spirit, Midwest Airlines Magazine, Columbus Monthly, The Columbus Dispatch, Business First,The Dayton Daily News, Ohio State Alumni Magazine, U.S. Catholic, America and The National Catholic Reporter. Her book Getting a Life: How to Find Your True Vocation was published by Orbis Books in September, 2003.
Renée's work has been featured by Utne.com, and she is a contributing editor to Bustedhalo.com, a spirituality web site for young adults, and a contributing writer to BellyDuJour.com, an online magazine for foodies and culinary enthusiasts.

Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, Renée lives in Columbus, Ohio. She has finished five marathons and has played the flute since she was eight years old. In eighth grade she was eliminated from the National Spelling Bee by the word “terpsichore.” (She can spell it perfectly now.)
